Emrelimab
Indication
Emrelimab is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis in adults who are candidates for systemic therapy.

Dosage and administration
The recommended dose in adults is 300 mg administered by subcutaneous injection at weeks 0 and 4, and every 12 weeks thereafter.

Important Safety Information
Emrelimab is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients, and in patients with clinically important active infection, including active tuberculosis.
Emrelimab may increase the risk of infection. Patients should be evaluated for tuberculosis infection prior to initiating treatment and monitored for signs and symptoms of infection during treatment.
Serious hypersensitivity reactions, including anaphylaxis, have been reported.
The most frequently reported undesirable effects were upper respiratory tract infections, headache and injection site reactions.
